Insuring Agreement

Whereas the Insured by a Proposal and Declaration which shall be the basis

of this contract and is deemed to be incorporated herein has applied to

Paofoong Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter called the

Company) for the insurance hereinafter contained and has paid or agreed to

pay the premium as consideration for such insurance the Company will

provide insurance in the terms of this Policy.

Section I- Cover

The Company will indemnify the Insured if during the period of insurance:

1. Money shall be lost, destroyed or damaged by any cause whil:

a. being conveyed by a messenger or employee of the Insured to or

from any of The Premises or the Insured's contract sites until arrival

at any of The Premises or other places of disbursement and in

respect of wages or salaries until paid to employees or otherwise

disbursed provided such wages or salaries shall be disbursed within

24 hours of arrival at the place of disbursement.
