Insuring Agreement

The Insured having paid or agreed to pay to the Company the premium and

the Company agree to provide coverage during the period of insurance

under the sections shown in the Schedule subject to the terms, conditions,

provisions, exclusions and limits contained herein or endorsed hereon.

The Schedule, Policy and any endorsements subsequently issued are to be

read together as one contract and the information, proposal form and

declaration provided by the Insured are the basis of the contract.

General Definitions

Certain words in this Policy have specific meanings. They are printed in

italics throughout this Policy.

Appliance

Any frozen food cabinet, deep freezer, cold room or cold storage which is

not more than 10 years old and is situated at the premises.

Bodily Injury

Injury, sickness, disease and mental injury or death resulting therefrom.

Business

The usual work and activities carried on by the Insured pertaining to his

business as specified in the Schedule and no others.
