I.  Major Benefits

Death Benefit*  100% SA + FV RB + FV SB
Where  SA = Sum Assured of the Plan
FV RB = Face Value of Reversionary Bonus
FV SB = Face Value of Special Bonus 
CV RB = Cash Value of Reversionary Bonus
CV SB = Cash Value of Special Bonus
The Death Benefit is subject to the 
following conditions:
-  if  the  Life  Assured  dies  before  
ANB2,  the  Death  Benefit  will  be 
reduced by 50%; or
-  if the Life Assured dies at or after ANB2 
but before ANB3, the Death 
Benefit will be reduced by 25%. 
We shall further guarantee to pay the Death 
Benefit in the amount no 
less  than  the  Total  Premium  Paid  under  
this  Plan,  subject  to  the 
deduction of any benefit we paid and any 
assurance charge in respect of 
TC (PRUlife juvenile saver / PRUlife saver) 
we refunded under this Plan, 
as  well  as  any  cash  value  of  both  
Reversionary  Bonus  and  its 
corresponding Special Bonus encashed during 
the term of this policy.
Total Premium Paid refers to the total 
amount of premiums due and paid 
for this Plan (excluding premiums for 
supplementary benefits, if any) as 
at  the  date  of  death  of  the  Life  
Assured,  excluding  any  pre-paid 
premiums  deposited  in  the  Premium  
Deposit  Account.  The  Total 
Premium Paid shall be subject to a corresponding 
adjustment if there is 
any change to this policy which results in 
the change of total amount of 
premium due and paid for this Plan.
The Death Benefit of the Plan payable is further 
subject to the deduction 
of any outstanding loan and interest.
