If the Contractor encounters adverse physical 
conditions which he considers to have been 
Unforeseeable, the Contractor shall give notice 
to the Engineer as soon as practicable.      
如果承包商认为遇到不可预见不利物质条件，应尽快通知工程师。     
This notice shall describe the physical conditions, 
so that they can be inspected by the Engineer, and 
shall set out the reasons why the Contractor 
considers them to be Unforeseeable.      
此通知应当：(i)描述物质条件以便工程师进行检验，并（ii）提出承包商认为不可预见的理由（请注意：该份通知应同时满足上述两个条件的要求）。
