01-Meal And Lunch Time Clause
It is hereby understood and agreed that in the event of any employee of the
 Insured staying in the insured address during meal and lunch time being injured
 or killed shall be deemed have arisen out of and in the course of the employee’s employment.
01-就餐时间条款
兹经双方约定，鉴于被保险人已缴付了附加保险费，本保险同意如果被保险人的任何雇员在被保险人住所地址内就餐时遭受伤害或死亡，可视为在雇佣过程中发生的意外事故。

承保注意：可免费承保。

02-24 Hours personal accident extension
It is agreed and understood that the Death and Permanent Disablement cover 
under this Policy is extended to the employee or employees outside the working
 hours and not in the course of working in 24 hours basis.
Provided always that the Company shall not be liable for death of bodily injury 
sustained by the Insured directly of caused by or attributed to the employee or
 employees engaging in hunting, climbing , racing of any kind, skiing, intoxication, 
drugs or insanity.
02-24小时个人事故条款
兹经双方同意，本保险扩展承保被保险人的雇员在24小时内所遭受的永久性伤残、死亡。
对由于被保险人直接承受的因为被保险人的雇员从事的下列活动引起的责任，本保险不负责赔偿：打猎、登山、任何形式的竞赛、滑雪、酗酒、服用药物或狂欢。

承保注意：暂不承保。

03-Overseas Business Travel
It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy is extended to provide
 cover to all employees while the business trip .
subject to P.R.China jurisdiction.
03-海外商务旅行条款
兹经双方同意，本保险扩展承保被保险人的雇员在  （地点）   内的商务旅行所遭受的意外伤害。
本扩展条款的司法管辖权为中国境内。

04- Sports and Social Activities Clause
It is hereby noted and agreed that the within policy will subject to its terms
,limitations and conditions extend to cover employees whilst attending any
 activities of sports,functions and social services organised by the Insured.
