根据本保险单所收取的保费情况，本公司同意：
1、一旦：
（1）由于本公司未予续保导致保单到期，或
（2）由于本公司的注销导致保单终止，
则本保险单在自本保单到期或终止起期36个月内，根据其条款、规定、责任限额、除外责任、总则对所保险产品引起向被保险人的索赔予以负责，但仅限于对自　　　年
